A sad day for America.

In a world that shines with the brilliance of possibilities, it is a heart-wrenching reality that suicide deaths have soared to a record high in the United States during 2022.

49,500 people.

The very thought of these individuals, each carrying a unique story and dreams, succumbing to such despair evokes a sense of profound sorrow.

As I reflect upon this unsettling statistic, I find myself grappling with the haunting question: Why do so many people choose to end their own lives in the US, the supposed beacon of possibilities?

One might argue that the complexities of the human mind can be as intricate as the constellations above, defying simple explanation.

Yet, as I ponder this disheartening phenomenon, a few interwoven threads of thought begin to unravel.
