Morning Mastery in Four Simple Steps
I’ve seen countless attempts at these perfect morning routines, but I always find them to be too perfect, which just makes it feel quite unrealistic for a flesh-and-blood person like me to follow such a routine for more than just a week.
These superhuman routines only result in two things.
First and foremost, you fail to establish a good routine. It might be possible for a week or two because it’s exciting and new, but it’s too strenuous and time-consuming to maintain it as a regular part of your future daily life.
Secondly, the failed attempt to establish a healthy routine feels like a personal defeat — yet another goal you didn’t achieve.
So, it’s much better to start with a more realistic routine that you can sustain over an extended period.
Here’s my proposal for a realistic morning routine. It’s incredibly beneficial for the mind and body. It’s accessible, achievable with a little willpower and persistence, and you won’t despise your mornings.
It worked for me. Give it a shot, folks.
